Registration

Registration for the 3rd ECONEFE will start on April 30, 2024 and the deadline for the registration is August 20, 2024. If you are interested in participating in-person, please make sure to purchase fully refundable airline tickets and plan all relevant travel arrangements accordingly due to the global impact of the pandemic and unpredictable travel regulations.

To obtain the bank account details, please contact us at [email protected]. In order to be included in the Conference Program and the Abstract Book, the registration fee must be received by August 20, 2024. Invoice will be handed to you at the conference or send via email. If you do not inform us, we would simply put your name and university/affiliation to the invoice.

At least one author must be registered for each accepted paper to be included in the Conference Program.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Extra discounts can be provided to participants from developing countries. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] and request POSSIBLE DISCOUNTS.

Registration is required for all participants attending the conference.

Registration fee includes the Conference Program (printed), Conference Program and the Abstract Book (with an ISBN number), conference proceedings (in PDF form), and other conference materials. For in person presenters, it also includes coffee breaks during the conference. Accommodation is not included.

*Payments should be made on the bases of OUR (All local and overseas charges to be paid by customer). Payments that are made on the base of SHA will be considered as deficient and missing amount will be asked from the customer. When you are making payment, please do not forget to note “ECONEFE – Your Name/Surname”. Once you complete the payment please send us payment receipt.
